Madrid-based producer CAMET has joined forces with the mysterious Aire project for ‘Release Yourself’, a new club cut premiering exclusively on When We Dip Radio. The track marks the duo’s debut on Melody Lab, arriving as the label’s twenty-ninth release.
CAMET’s background spans drums, blues and indie rock before a pivot toward house music, a journey that shaped the distinctive sound he now carries as a resident at Madrid’s Lula Club. His output blends house with tribal drive, melodic sensibility and a warm, analog-driven aesthetic — an approach that has drawn support from Solomun, &ME, Damian Lazarus and Adriatique. His 2026 release schedule has already included ‘Calma Baby’ on Headonism and ‘They Want U’, a collaboration with Sebastian Rivero on All I Need.
Aire, described as a faceless project summoned by sound and transformed by vision, has been building momentum of its own. The project’s recent single ‘Something in the Water’ and a shared rework of Disclosure’s ‘Masterpiece’ with CAMET both attracted plays from Themba and Yasmina, signalling a growing profile within the melodic house circuit. The two acts had already been developing their working relationship before committing ‘Release Yourself’ to record, road-testing the track on the Lula Club floor ahead of its release.
The finished record is built around a commanding bassline, hypnotic grooves and a seductive vocal. Balancing tension with peak-time energy, the track is designed for late-night dancefloors and sits at the intersection of groove and emotion — qualities that align closely with the aesthetic Melody Lab has cultivated since its founding in Limassol. The label and event series has since extended its footprint to London and Johannesburg, establishing itself as a consistent platform for indie dance and melodic house through releases from artists including Kaito Henry, Yan Niklas and Pan.
With ‘Release Yourself’ now available to stream in full via When We Dip Radio, CAMET and Aire add a notable entry to both their catalogues and to Melody Lab’s growing roster heading into the final stretch of 2026.
