Luminosity Beach Festival has announced that its 20th anniversary edition will expand into a full week of events, taking place across multiple venues in the Netherlands in June 2027. The announcement came just days after the conclusion of this year’s festival, which proceeded with minor adjustments following a significant European heatwave.
The week-long celebration begins on Monday, June 21, with an event yet to be officially detailed. On Tuesday, June 22, Luminosity will host a night at Amsterdam’s Paradiso, one of the country’s most storied club venues. Wednesday, June 23 brings a return to Beachclub Fuel in Bloemendaal, a location with a long history in the festival’s story. The main festival then runs from Thursday, June 24 through Saturday, June 27 at Beachclub Bernie’s in Zandvoort, the event’s established home on the Dutch coast.
No lineup has been confirmed for the anniversary edition at this stage. Previous iterations of the festival have featured artists including John O’Callaghan, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Andrew Rayel, Aly & Fila, Maddix, Hannah Laing, and Paul Van Dyk, among others.
Several ticket tiers are currently available. Pre-party passes for Monday and Tuesday are priced at €45.00, while Wednesday’s Beachclub Fuel event starts at €55.00, with a backstage upgrade available for €155.00. Four-day passes for the main festival are on sale at €330.00, with a backstage option listed at €739.00. Single-day tickets, backstage upgrades, and after-party passes are also offered through the official Luminosity website.
The expansion to a full week marks a notable shift in scale for the festival, which has operated as a multi-day beachside event since its founding. With the 20th anniversary framing, Luminosity Events appears to be positioning 2027 as a milestone moment for the global trance community, drawing attendees not just for the main festival days but for a broader programme of surrounding events across the region.
