Day Trip Festival 2026 returns to the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach on June 27–28, presented by Insomniac and Day Trip. The house and techno-focused event brings back a stacked lineup headlined by Purple Disco Machine, Adam Beyer, Green Velvet, HI-LO, Cloonee, and Josh Baker, while also debuting a brand-new stage called the Amphitheater. With the expanded grounds, the undercard this year carries serious weight, and EDM Identity has spotlighted five rising acts worth building your weekend around.
Soraya headlines the picks as one of the more quietly accomplished names on the bill. Despite a lean release catalog — two tracks, “Brain Delay” on Maccabi House and “Danse de L’amour” on REALM Records — she has built her reputation through consistent DJ work across US clubs and festivals, including recent appearances at Coachella and EDC Las Vegas. She plays the Deep End stage on Sunday.
Brazilian artist WELKER burst onto the scene in 2025 with a sound that moves between tech house, indie dance, and bass house. In 2026 alone he has placed music on Nu Moda, Helix Records, 1001 Recordings, Higher Ground, and Thrive Music. He takes the High Tide stage on Saturday.
Los Angeles-based wes pierce brings a UK Garage influence to the lineup, with past releases on IN / ROTATION, Space Yacht, Dark Roast Records, and Primitive UK. Though he has been quieter on the release front this year, he has kept a steady performance schedule along the California coast. He performs Saturday on the new Amphitheater stage.
Finnish-born, US-based DJ and producer LUMI arrives with a house and techno catalog spanning Octopus Recordings, Circus Recordings, Nervous Records, and Kneaded Pains, alongside her own imprint SKADI. She has already released two tracks in 2026 — “SWEAT” and “YOGA” — and returns to Day Trip for a Sunday set on the High Tide stage.
Canadian producer HNTR rounds out the five, best known for his remix of Cloonee’s “Stephanie,” with additional releases on Drumcode, Arcane Music, and Experts Only. Following a set at the stereo BLOOM stage at EDC Las Vegas this year, he heads to Southern California to perform at the Amphitheater, making him one of the first artists to play the newly introduced stage at Day Trip Festival 2026.
