minimal techno label run by the network “Bryzant” since 1994. the label is mainly known for working closely with Daniel Stefanik, Schubert, Monoder (Jussi Pekka Parikka) or Exos releasing high quality, but extremely rare limited edition releases. the style was developed from acid or experimental techno-cuts to dub techno or techno stuff in a similar vein to the likes of Basic Channel or to Detroit-a-like productions.

FAK-RECORDS
Kajaani is in the province Oulu in the centre of the region Kainuu. Kajaani offers besides the trunk road 5 mountains, forests, lakes and the label FAK records. In 1991 it was founded as group of enthusiastic techno freaks for the co-ordination of legendary underground tehno parties in the region Kainuu. In 1993 the first publication of friendly producers from Turku followed. From this time parties and releases are co-ordinated, no event resembles the other, no one of the totally sold out publications will be pressed again. Meanwhile you talk about this label. It is well-known far beyond Finland and it enjoys a real cult status. There are very good and friendly connections to Russia, Germany, Great Britain and Slovenia. Artists such as Jari Naponen, Olen Saisinko or Kirin Vaai could already release their typical Kajaani-Techno on foreign labels. And now on FAK records tracks made by non - Finns are following. An other future view steers us to Germany where we know friends who accompany supporting the work of FAK-philosophy.
